Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of every Hunt Mate product. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

To start a return, contact us at hello@hunt-haul.com for instructions. Returns sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.

If approved, a refund (minus the original shipping fee) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Warranty

All Hunt Mate products are backed by our Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your sled ever fails due to a defect, we’ll repair or replace it, guaranteed.
